This is a solid store-- they have a well-rounded selection & a pretty solid deli counter if you want freshly sliced deli meat & cheese. It's great that they have a pharmacy & small over-the-counter drug area. The store also has a ton of wine & beer so if you're into that, enjoy. My main complaint is that they *do not* enforce mask wearing. I've been there a few times and there have been a lot of people with no masks (and not like pulled under their chin or with their nose out-- masks are often nowhere to be seen. It would be great if everyone would see that this minor inconvenience will protect the health of their community. but alas, this is how it is. If it's really important to you to have a safe environment (especially if you're at higher risk for COVID) I'd order groceries for delivery or shop somewhere else (but from my experience on the island in general mask wearing is not a priority). I'm not trying to be judgemental, just honest.
Basic employees very friendly but store managed bad. Frequent struggles with bar coding at checkout. Nice job with coffee for customers.
Always a pleasure to shop here. It's clean. Employees are knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are competitive. Good seafood and even better meats. Extensive beer and wine selection. It's the only store left in Georgia so get it while you can. Plenty of parking right in front just like you own the place.
Great bakery sweet selection for my wife's late night sweet tooth. Great store. Self check out is an empowering experience.
My go to grocery store while on the island. It's large, convenient and has most everything you're accustomed to at home. The staff is very friendly, not afraid to strike up a conversation and I get asked at least 3 times throughout my visit if I need any help by different staff members. They all the counters you might expect: deli, seafood, meat, and even a vast array of cheese selections at the cheese counter. Other notable sections: pharmacy, bakery, organic aisles, and the wine selection is good. Things you cant get here that you might be used to at home, liquor. Have to go to a liquor store for that. But that's a Georgia law, not Winn-Dixie specific. Bonus: Redbox outside store front and plenty of parking.
